Loan Servicing Jobs with Drivetime

In this video Lionel Holguin talks about how he started out with the company Drivetime as a Loan Advisor to becoming the Director of Servicing.  The goal of the video is to show job candidates that Drivetime is a great place to work and advance once you get hired and prove yourself as an asset to the company.

To be seriously considered for a candidate you must posses strong qualities such as being highly motivated and having a strong work ethic.  Drivetime Sales people must also be caring when dealing with customers and ready to serve them with their best service at all times.  They want to make sure their customer is happy with their loan and purchase.

New candidates have the opportunity to grow with Drivetime not only in the Loan Servicing department but also into other departments within Drivetime.  The point of the video is to show customers the company is a great place to work and there are opportunities to advance when you get hired.
